Trevor Daniel Couldn't Write Songs During COVID, Hopes For 2 Albums In 2022

Plenty of artists used downtime from COVID to craft heaps of new work, but for Trevor Daniel the year on pause was too static for him to write songs.

Speaking to Garrett Vogel at Z100 Jingle Ball backstage at The Mercedes-Benz Interview Lounge, Trevor admits he spent too much time patronizing a local taco stand. But all that corn and cheese isn't weighing down his expectations for next year.

"I want to drop a lot of music — like a lot more music," Trevor said. "I'm talking like two albums, full-lengths. That's my goal. So hopefully everything runs smooth with that. After that maybe do some tours until the end of the year. I feel like now that things are opening up, writing is flowing again and I'm feeling really creative."
